Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas)
International Shipping
We ship globally except to Asia and certain remote areas. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your designer furniture purchase. Our returns policy reflects the same attention to detail found in our mid-century modern classics.
Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery, provided:
- Items are in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
- All tags and packaging materials are intact
- You have your receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Task chairs with any signs of use (personal comfort items)
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”

Ship Your Return: Once authorized:
- Use a trackable shipping service
- Insure the package for its full value
- Retain your shipping receipt
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)
Exchange Process
- We ship replacements after receiving and inspecting original items
- Price differences will be charged or refunded as needed
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
