However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same attention to detail as our mid-century modern classics.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please note:
- All returned items must be free from damage, stains, or odors
- Original tags and packaging materials must be intact
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Task chairs with any signs of use (as these are considered personal comfort items)
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the following template:
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Exchange options (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once authorized, please ship your return using the method specified in our instructions. For your protection, we recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Insuring the package for its full value
- Retaining your shipping receipt until the process is complete
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once the original item is received and inspected
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For international returns (excluding Asia and some remote areas), any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
